• →Manage employee-related financial calculations and transactions including monthly payroll entries, bonus accruals and restructuring accruals
• →Coordinate and manage monthly financial close operations and related transactional activities
• →Perform payroll finance and record-to-report processes with high accuracy and ensure compliance with internal policies and local regulations
• →Conduct high-quality Balance Sheet reconciliations and validate financial information
• →Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and quality
• →Collaborate with stakeholders on financial impacts, risks and opportunities
• →Compile, analyse and report financial data to support decision-making insights
• →Participate in projects that contribute to Medtronic’s broader business strategy.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• 1-3 years of relevant finance or accounting experience.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Tech-savvy with experience or interest in automation, process improvements and data analysis tools such as Excel, SAP, Power Bi
• Effective communication and collaboration skills in a team environment.
