Job description:

Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Process inventory receipts, transfers, dispatches, and adjustments.
- →Maintain accurate inventory records and documentation.
- →Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies.
- →Support cycle counts and physical inventory activities.
- →Coordinate with suppliers and internal stakeholders regarding material deliveries.
- →Assist with safety, compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- →Ensure adherence to company procedures and regulatory requirements.
- →Review and perform basic analysis of inventory data to identify discrepancies and data-entry errors.
- →Communicate and collaborate with operational personnel to clarify information and support the resolution of inventory-related issues.
- →Coordinate with the Tank Farm Supervisor to establish material-receiving strategies with suppliers.
- →Collaborate with Engineering on safety process improvements, implementation of corrective actions, and procedure reviews, as required.
Requirements
~1 min read- Associate or Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in inventory control, warehousing, logistics, manufacturing, or related areas.
- Experience with inventory transactions, material receipts, transfers, and adjustments.
- Knowledge of ERP, SAP, Oracle, WMS, or other inventory management systems preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Experience in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical device, food, or other regulated industries preferred.
- Bilingual(English/Spanish) preferred
- Ability to work in office, warehouse, manufacturing, and Tank Farm environments and use required computer and inventory equipment.
- Regular sitting, standing, walking, bending, and reaching; may occasionally lift or move up to 25 pounds.
- May be exposed to varying temperatures, noise, and operational equipment; required PPE and site safety procedures must be followed.
