Administrator Day Program

Overview
The Administrator is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of an Adult Day Program serving individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD). This role ensures high-quality service delivery, staff supervision, and compliance while supporting a person-centered environment located in Chico, CA. 

Pay Rate

• $26.00/hour

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and provide leadership to Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) and Lead DSPs
• Oversee day-to-day program operations, including scheduling, staffing, and community-based activities
• Ensure implementation of individual service plans, behavior plans, and program documentation
• Provide hands-on support and coaching to staff in direct care, behavior management, and skill development
• Maintain compliance with regulatory standards (Title 17/22) and Merakey policies
• Support program administration, including documentation, reporting, and oversight of individual funds
• Partner with Program Director and interdisciplinary team to drive quality outcomes
• Foster a collaborative, positive team environment and address staffing needs proactively

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Minimum 3 years of experience working with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities required
• Minimum 1 year of supervisory or managerial experience required
• Strong knowledge of behavior supports, compliance, and program operations
• Valid Driver’s License required
