We are seeking an IDD Shift Supervisor to join our team in our facility in Philadelphia.
Hours: 2:30pm-11pm every other weekend
Pay: $20.50/hour + $2/hour with the selection of Enhanced Pay.
The Shift Supervisor plays a critical role in overseeing daily operations during their assigned shift to ensure efficiency, safety, and quality standards are consistently met. This position requires managing and motivating team members, coordinating workflow, and addressing any issues that arise promptly to maintain smooth operations. The Shift Supervisor acts as a key point of contact between staff and upper management, facilitating clear communication and implementing company policies effectively. They are responsible for monitoring performance metrics, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, and fostering a positive work environment. Ultimately, the Shift Supervisor ensures that operational goals are achieved while supporting team development and maintaining high customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
~2 min read- →Supervise and coordinate activities of team members during the shift to meet operational targets.
- →Monitor workflow and adjust staffing or processes as needed to maintain productivity and quality.
- →Ensure adherence to company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
- →Provide guidance, training, and support to staff to promote professional growth and teamwork.
- →Address and resolve any operational issues or employee concerns promptly and effectively.
- →Maintain accurate records of shift activities, incidents, and performance metrics.
- →Communicate shift updates and feedback to management and relay management directives to staff.

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:
Requirements
~1 min read- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 2+ years of experience in IDD
- Previous experience in a supervisory or team lead role, preferably in a similar industry is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer proficiency for record-keeping and reporting.
- Associate degree or higher in business management, operations, or related field.
- Experience with scheduling software and performance management tools.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations relevant to the industry.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with a track record of motivating teams.
- Conflict resolution and problem-solving experience.
