PepperJax Grill Shift Leader - Grand Island

Maybe you've worked in restaurants for a while and you're ready for more. Maybe you're already the person your teammates look to when things get busy.

At PepperJax Grill, Shift Leaders are the first step into restaurant leadership.

You'll still work alongside the team, serving guests, making great food, keeping the restaurant ready, and jumping in wherever you're needed but you'll also start taking responsibility for leading people and helping run great shifts.

As a Shift Leader, you'll work directly with your restaurant leadership team while learning how to lead shifts, coach teammates, solve problems, and keep the restaurant operating at a high level.

You must be 18 or older and able to work a restaurant leadership schedule based on the needs of the restaurant.

The position is active and hands-on. You'll spend most of your shift on your feet and should be comfortable working in a fast-paced restaurant environment, bending, reaching, lifting, carrying, and performing the physical responsibilities of restaurant operations.

Most importantly, we're looking for someone who gets what this role requires, wants the responsibility, and has the ability to do it well.

You don't need to know everything on Day One.
