About the Role
~1 min readAs a Senior Growth Lead, you will own candidate pipeline performance end-to-end for some of Mercor’s most important initiatives. You’ll operate with significantly autonomy and lead a pod of Associates, making judgment calls on prioritization, channel strategy, and execution.
This role is ideal for someone who has mastered the fundamentals of sales and outbound work and is ready to drive outcomes. You will still be hands-on, but you’ll also shape strategy, improve systems, and help raise the bar for the broader team.
Responsibilities

3–5 years of experience in GTM, outbound sales, or growth roles
Demonstrated success owning pipelines and delivering results at scale
Strong familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter, Sales Navigator, and similar tools
Strong judgment and ability to prioritize under pressure
Highly data-driven: comfortable tracking, analyzing, and optimizing funnel metrics
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Self-directed, accountable, and comfortable operating with ambiguity
Thrives in fast-paced, performance-oriented environments
Nice to Have
