Key Responsibilities

• Strong computer skills (especially Microsoft Office)

• Willing to learn quickly through hands‑on execution (interested in procurement)
• Maintaining supplier scorecards
• Following up and closing supplier quality issues
• Running RFQs for freight for both plants (for every freight is almost a full time job)
• Downloading, issuing, and tracking POs and supplier acknowledgements
• Setting up suppliers in the system (proper docs)
• Chasing expired certifications (ISO,IATF,etc)
• Collecting and uploading documentation for new components (PPAPs, drawings, IMDS, quotes, TDS, etc.). For the Ford washer and Ford/Nissan transfer alone, this will be 100+ parts, making this support critical.
• Importation
• Sustainability data entry (very necessary)

What are we looking for:

• Current study Bachelor of Business administration or any Engineering career
• School insurance
