We are currently hiring a dependable and reliable, self-motivated Forklift driver to work in the Warehouse on second (2nd) shift.

Scope of the position:      

• To assist in the organized shipping and receiving of material and finished goods and accurate inventory by placing all material and finished goods in their proper location.

Key Responsibilities:

• Observe Safety procedures at all times.
• Place all finished goods and raw materials into correct location as identified by 5S map.
• Complete records, paperwork and labels accurately as required.
• Manually load and unload trucks and carry out packing as required.
• Strap and palletize boxes as required to meet shipping and production needs.
• Participate in monthly inventory and cycle counts as needed.
• Ensure warehouse and respective outside areas are neat, clean, and well stocked at all times.
• Carry out daily maintenance and safety checks of the forklifts, complete paperwork and report any defect to supervisor.
• As assigned by the supervisor or manager, must be licensed and certified to drive a forklift within Mergon Corporation.
