Scope of the position

Project Management of Automotive, Healthcare and Industrial Product Development Projects according to Product Realization Procedures and customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities

• Overall responsibility for delivery of assigned projects.
• Review information pertaining to new products/potential new projects with Sales as part of the quotation process
• Manage and maintain core Project Management Tools such as Manufacturing Development Workbook and Phase Gate Process.
• Review all information pertaining to the new project and develop project plans
• Work closely with customers, third parties and manufacturing teams internally on designated projects to ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget and meeting all relevant KPIs
• Bi-weekly reporting on Project Status
• Co-ordinate, support and manage all pre production trials at supplier site and in house as relevant
• Selection and development of new project vendors.

What are we looking for:

• The successful candidate will ideally have a Bachelors degree in the field of Mechanical Engineering or similar discipline.
• Previous experience in a customer-facing Project Management role is required as well excellent communication, negotiation and influencing skills.
