Revenue Cycle Technician 7300

Meridian Health Services is seeking a full-time, day-shift Revenue Cycle Technician in Muncie, Indiana. This role supports accurate, timely billing and assists both patients and staff.

The schedule for this role will be Monday thru Friday 7 am -4 pm or 8am- 5 pm

• →Process and apply patient and third-party payments
• →Scan documents and resolve payment discrepancies
• →Handle credit card payments, credits, and account adjustments
• →Manage payer aging and submit electronic/paper claims
• →Verify demographics and insurance eligibility
• →Monitor payment agreements and coordinate collections
• →Provide financial counseling and review financial forms
• →Contact clients to schedule payments
• →Appeal denied claims and communicate with payers

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Team-oriented, effective communicator
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• High School Diploma/GED required
• ICD/CPT coding experience preferred
