We’re seeking a dynamic and compassionate Support Staff Technician to join our team at our Primary Care Office in Ossian, IN. In this front-desk role, you’ll be the welcoming face of Meridian—supporting daily operations, assisting patients, and keeping our clinic running smoothly. This is a full-time role working Monday through Friday between 7am and 5pm.

• →Provide friendly, professional communication with patients, staff, and the public
• →Answer calls, schedule and reschedule appointments, and route messages
• →Collect co-pays and process payments
• →Manage medical records, releases of information, and new patient charts
• →Handle incoming and outgoing mail (USPS, UPS, FedEx)
• →Check in patients in NextGen
• →Travel up to 30% for Coverage and Training

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2+ years of office or administrative experience (medical setting preferred)
• Strong computer and data-entry skills
• Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking abilities
• Professionalism, discretion, and a patient-centered mindset
• A valid driver's license with a driving record meeting Meridian's driving policy, reliable transportation, and proof of auto insurance
