→Lead the market data team, develop project plans, manage data processing and distribution workflows, and ensure data timeliness and reliability.
→Develop and optimize high-performance data processing tools to handlehigh-precision market data from global exchanges and data vendors.
→Deeply understand the market data specifications and data structures of various exchanges to ensure system compatibility and accuracy.
→Collaborate closely with the trading team and research team to understand business requirements and provide optimized data solutions to support trading decisions.
→Establish and maintain relationships with major data vendors, evaluate data quality and costs, and ensure the company gets the best data services.
→Monitor the performance of market data systems and continuously improve and optimize to enhance processing speed and data quality.
→Manage team members' development, fostering their technical and business capabilities.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Financial Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
Proficiency in C++ programming, with extensive experience in high-performance computing and network data processing.
Familiarity with market data protocols (such as ITCH, etc.) and data structures of major exchanges, and knowledge of different data vendors' products and services.
In-depth understanding of pcap data processing and the ability to develop efficient data parsing and processing tools.
Over 5 years of experience in market data processing within the quantitative trading industry, with a clear profit-driven mindset and strong business acumen.
Strong team leadership skills with experience managing data teams and driving high performance under pressure.
Excellent communication and cross-departmental collaboration skills to effectively align data needs with business objectives
