Founded by Siadhal and Shahriar after their experiences scaling Uber and Palantir, we’ve raised over $50m from top-tier investors. Most recently, Google Ventures led our series B. It’s still day 0: Now is the time to re-engineer how work gets done with AI at the core, and our toughest challenges still lie ahead. We’re looking for people seeking the hardest, most fulfilling work of their lives.

Four principles guide us:

• Identify the highest-leverage workflows that drive commercial outcomes within non-engineering teams (Sales, CS, Marketing, Ops, Talent), diagnose the constraints, and ship AI-native solutions that permanently change how the team operates.

• Set the bar for AI-native operating across the company: what good looks like, what tools to use, and what every team should expect from their own workflows in six months.

• Aggressively devise ways to use AI to create leverage within our top priority objectives, then turn any learnings into reusable patterns.

• Decide what to build in-house vs. what to buy.

There's no single path to this role. What matters is that you're an AI-native builder, obsessed with figuring out how AI can and will change how we work, and leveraging that obsession for competitive advantage:

• You build with AI as your default mode, not as a novelty. Agents, automations, skills: you have things you've shipped that changed how real work gets done.

• Data and Commercials: You're a commercial athlete, capable of driving data analysis independently, and turning those insights into that winning tactics and ideas.

• Communication: World-class ability to keep technical and commercial talent aligned on what matters, and aware of what needs to happen.

• High throughput: You're able to make things happen at an ungodly rate, both through your own endeavour, and through the orchestration of a broader team.

• Hustle: You're all-in on doing the most impactful work possible. It's your top priority in life.
