The Solution Architect is responsible for designing, architecting, and delivering scalable, secure, and business-aligned technology solutions across Microsoft 365, Azure, Power Platform, and AI-enabled platforms. This role requires strong technical depth, continuous learning, especially in AI and cloud technologies and a proactive, ownership-driven mindset to translate business needs into sustainable solutions.

• →Design and architect end-to-end solutions using Microsoft 365, Azure, Power Platform, and integration services, ensuring alignment with enterprise standards and governance.
• →Apply AI and automation capabilities (e.g., Azure AI, RAG patterns, intelligent search, MCP, and A2A patterns) to solve complex business problems and improve operational efficiency.
• →Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, product owners, delivery teams, Infrastructure, DevSecOps, Information Security, and the Enterprise Architecture Review Board to understand requirements and convert them into scalable, secure technical designs.
• →Take full ownership of solution design—from concept and architecture through implementation and post-deployment optimization.
• →Proactively identify risks, limitations, and improvement opportunities, taking initiative to address issues before they impact delivery.
• →Maintain a positive, team-first attitude, actively supporting peers and contributing beyond assigned responsibilities when needed.

• Actively self-learn and stay current with evolving technologies, particularly AI, cloud, and automation trends, and apply learnings to real-world solutions.
• Demonstrate curiosity, adaptability, and a willingness to go the extra mile to deliver high-quality outcomes.

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field is required.
• Strong experience in solution architecture, application integration, and cloud-based platforms.
• Hands-on knowledge of Azure services, including APIM, Azure AI Search, AI Foundry, Microsoft 365, Power Platform, APIs, and modern development frameworks.
• Ability to balance technical excellence with business pragmatism.
• Proactive, accountable, and comfortable working in complex, cross-functional environments.
• Strong communication, collaboration, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
