Echo Tech (Reg) - Non-Invasive Cardiology (Full Time) - 7031

St. Mary's Medical Center is seeking a Full Time Echo Tech for our Non-Invasive Cardiology Department.  The Echo Tech, under the general supervision of the Clinical Manager Non-Invasive Cardiology or authorized designee, is responsible to perform, record and report procedures to include, but not limited to, three channel electrocardiographs, M-Mode, 2D and 3D echocardiography.

EDUCATION:

Certified Non-Invasive Echocardiogram Technologist preferred. Or a graduate of an accredited ultrasound program which includes Echocardiogram or has had previous experience as an Echocardiogram Tech.  Registry to be obtained within (1) one year of graduation of accredited ultrasound program.

EXPERIENCE:

Previous experience in performing Echocardiograms preferred.

SKILLS:

In-depth knowledge of all facets of echocardiography and typing.  BLS required.
