A leading, well-established Veterinary clinic for Camels in Abu Dhabi is seeking an experienced Clinic Manager to oversee day-to-day operations and lead a multidisciplinary team.
The Veterinary Clinic Manager will be responsible for ensuring smooth clinic operations, high-quality client and patient care, and effective management of veterinary, nursing, and administrative staff. You will act as the operational backbone of the clinic, driving both service quality and efficiency.
Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Oversee daily operations of the Veterinary Clinic to ensure efficient, client-focused service delivery.
- →Lead, coach, and manage veterinary, nursing, and administrative teams, including scheduling, delegation, and performance follow-up.
- →Implement, monitor, and continuously improve SOPs and workflows across reception, consultation, treatment, and follow-up.
- →Manage appointment systems, client flow, and waiting times to ensure a high-quality client experience.
- →Coordinate closely with veterinarians and clinical staff to support optimal case flow and timely service.
- →Monitor and report on key operational KPIs (revenue, utilization, client feedback, efficiency metrics) to senior management.
- →Oversee inventory management and procurement of medical supplies, consumables, and equipment, ensuring cost-effective stock control.
- →Ensure compliance with UAE regulations and internal policies related to veterinary practice, quality, safety, and infection control.
- →Handle client escalations and complaints professionally, maintaining strong client satisfaction and retention.
- →Support recruitment, onboarding, and training of clinic staff in collaboration with HR and external partners.
- →Contribute to marketing and client engagement activities (campaigns, events, partnerships) in line with the clinic's growth strategy.
- Bachelor's degree in Business/ Veterinary/Animal Science, or a related field; a relevant Master's degree is an advantage.
- 5–7+ years of experience in a, veterinary, or Animal Farm, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or management role.
- Proven experience managing teams in a veterinary environment.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, develop, and retain staff.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with a hands-on, solutions-oriented approach.
- Strong client service mindset and professional communication skills in English; Arabic is an advantage.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, client-facing environment with operational flexibility as required by clinic working hours.
