• →Diagnose, maintain, and repair residential HVAC systems and equipment.
• →Troubleshoot heating and cooling issues to deliver effective, long-lasting solutions.
• →Build trust with homeowners by clearly explaining findings and recommended services.
• →Maintain a clean, organized company vehicle and a professional job site.
• →Participate in ongoing training, team meetings, and company events to continue developing your skills.

• 2+ years of residential HVAC service experience.
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
• Professional, dependable, and safety-focused.
• Experience with ServiceTitan is a plus, but not required.
• Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record.

• Follow all company safety policies and OSHA guidelines.
• Ability to regularly sit, stand, walk, bend, climb ladders, and work in confined spaces.
• Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Ability to regularly lift and move 50+ pounds.
