Deputy Manager - Stepping Stones Nursery

• Experience of prioritising the safeguarding of all children, staff and families that have access to the setting, ensuring the welfare and learning development of all children are of an outstanding quality
• Experienced leader, able to mentor and lead, focused on the training and development of the team within an Early Years setting, working in tandem with the Nursery Manager
• Hold at least a Level 3 Early Years childcare qualification
• To confidently and respectfully work in partnership with parents and carers, be a proactive team player and enjoy the nursery environment
• Undertake a shared responsibility for the health and safety of the nursery
• A key player in ensuring the nursery receives excellent outcomes in internal audits and those of external authorities, such as Ofsted
• Passionate about early years education (EYFS) and inspiring little minds
• Previous experience as a Deputy Manager in an Early Years setting would be required

• Early Shift: 7.30am -4.00pm

• Late Shift: 9.30am-6.00pm
