Midas Vineland is looking for a skilled and passionate Automotive Master Technician to join our team in Vineland, NJ! Responsibilities:

Perform advanced diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on a wide variety of vehicle makes and models
Execute complex engine, transmission, brake, suspension, and drivetrain repairs
Conduct thorough vehicle inspections and provide accurate repair recommendations
Utilize diagnostic scan tools and equipment to identify and resolve mechanical and electrical issues
Mentor and support junior technicians and service staff
Ensure all work is completed efficiently, accurately, and in accordance with safety standards
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

Requirements:

ASE Master Technician certification strongly preferred
5+ years of hands-on automotive repair and diagnostic experience
Proficiency with computerized diagnostic tools and shop equipment
Strong knowledge of brakes, exhaust, tires, alignments, and general auto repair
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume shop environment
Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and a team-first attitude
