About the Role:
Midas - Humble / Houston is looking for a driven and energetic Outside Sales Representative to join our growing team in Humble, TX! This is an exciting opportunity to build meaningful relationships, grow a territory, and be a key part of a trusted brand in the automotive service industry.
Responsibilities:
- Prospect and develop new business relationships through outside sales activities in the Houston/Humble area
- Manage and grow an existing client base through regular visits and follow-ups
- Present and promote Midas automotive services to fleet accounts, local businesses, and commercial clients
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs
- Collaborate with shop management to ensure customer satisfaction and seamless service delivery
- Track sales activity, leads, and pipeline using CRM or reporting tools
- Represent the Midas brand professionally at networking events and in the community
Requirements:
- Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or account management
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage a territory
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required
- Automotive industry knowledge or interest is a plus
- Comfortable with cold calling, canvassing, and in-person prospecting
- Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of hitting or exceeding sales quotas
