Monday to Friday, 2:00am to 10:30am with rotational Saturdays

Summary:
In the position of Site Supervisor, you will oversee the daily operations of the facility, ensuring safe, efficient, and compliant site performance. Responsibilities include supervising staff, coordinating logistics, maintaining customer service standards, monitoring material quality control, and ensuring adherence to environmental, safety, and operational procedures. This role requires strong leadership, organizational skills, and the ability to support continuous improvement across site operations.

You will be responsible for the operation of this facility as well as maintaining overall productivity, staffing, shipping, and material quality control.
Comply with, Standard Operating Procedures, Operation Manual, and the Environmental Compliance Approvals (E.C.A.)
Responsible for the health and safety of all customers, contractors, and staff.
Maintain exemplary customer service levels.
Arrange all logistic scheduling for all non-hazardous waste materials.
Act as the main liaison with Region Site Representative and HHW Depot’s Supervisor.
Assist in audits as required.
Conduct daily inventory counts and record retention times of material stored on site.
Reconciliation of all cash, credit, and debit transactions.
Arrange for the removal of CFCs from White Goods and track inventory of White Goods containing CFCs in accordance with the ECAs
Conduct daily site inspections
Ensure contract, regulatory, safety and policy compliance
You will be the first point of contact with customers, Ministry of Labour (MOL) and Ministry of Environment (MOE).
Maintain responsibility for overall productivity, staffing, shipping, and material quality control.
Must be able to cover all positions on site.
Adhere to Miller Waste Systems Safety Policies and Procedures.
Continuous improvement to the overall daily operations.
