Site Supervisor

Site Supervisor Company Overview We are seeking candidates on behalf of our client, a leading organisation within the property and construction sector, specialising in the development, leasing, and management of commercial and industrial real estate. The company operates in a dynamic, fast-paced environment where ethics, customer service, and teamwork are central to its success. Responsibilities Oversee on-site labourers and construction workers Ensure building materials, tools, and equipment are available at all times Monitor construction budgets and track site-related expenses Coordinate daily on-site activities with the Site Manager and Project Manager Act as a liaison between clients, subcontractors, and suppliers Plan and implement daily and weekly work schedules Ensure compliance with construction industry standards and safety regulations Monitor and report on site progress to management Conduct regular site safety inspections Prepare and present accurate site reports Requirements Requirements 1–3 years’ experience as a Junior Site Supervisor or in a similar role within finishing works Strong understanding of construction industry regulations and standards Basic knowledge of site safety practices Excellent time management and organisational skills Demonstrated leadership ability Familiarity with construction tools and equipment Strong attention to detail Ability to work independently and within a team Good communication and interpersonal skills Physically fit and able to perform site-based duties Willingness to work weekends and public holidays when required Willingness to travel to various site locations Ability to interpret technical drawings and plans
