Role Profile We are mapping qualified Systems and Automation Engineers who specialize in designing, programming, and optimizing complex automated processes, SCADA systems, and PLC networks for advanced industrial environments in Europe. Mandatory Global Vetting Process (All Roles) To meet strict European immigration, labor, and client compliance standards, all candidates moving forward from the database will be required to undergo: Comprehensive Background Screening: Full criminal record checks, qualification verifications, and employment reference checks. Clearance for International Work: Verification of eligibility to obtain passports and visas for the Netherlands or Belgium. Professional Assessments: Completion of Psychometric, emotional intelligence (EQ), and technical aptitude testing. Requirements Minimum Requirements Education: B.Eng, B.Sc, or B.Tech in Electronic, Systems, or Automation Engineering. Experience: Minimum 3 years of hands-on engineering experience within industrial automation, manufacturing, or robotics. Technical Focus: Strong proficiency in European standard PLC systems (Siemens TIA Portal/S7, Beckhoff, or Allen-Bradley) and SCADA/HMI configuration. Language Skills: Fluency in English (verbal and written) is mandatory. Professional proficiency in Afrikaans is highly advantageous and will provide an added benefit due to the strong linguistic and cultural alignment with the Dutch and Flemish regions.
