Operations Field Installer

• →Install controls and equipment according to work instructions and quality standards.
• →Support packaging, loading, and preparation of completed units for shipment or installation.
• →Assist in completing units/products to meet production schedules and on-time delivery requirements.
• →Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work environment.
• →Identify and report defects, material shortages, or process issues to leadership.
• →Maintain accurate documentation related to production output and materials used.
• →Collaborate with team members to meet daily and weekly production goals.
• →Perform other duties as assigned.

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 years of experience in manufacturing, installation, or production environments preferred.
• Ability to read work instructions and follow detailed processes.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and familiarity with hand tools.
• Strong attention to detail and quality standards.
• Ability to lift and move materials as required.
• Ability to work at external job sites as needed.
