- Engage with inbound and outbound leads via phone, email, and digital channels
- Qualify prospects based on business needs, budget, timeline, and decision-making process
- Identify customer pain points and match them with relevant IT solutions
- Maintain consistent follow-ups to nurture and progress leads
- Ensure all qualified leads are properly handed over with clear context and requirements
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in CRM systems
- Track lead status and ensure smooth progression through the sales funnel
- Assist in preparing basic documents related to sales process
- Coordinate internally with sales and technical team to support customer requirements
- Follow up on proposals and support the sales team in closing deals
- Ensure a smooth and professional customer experience throughout the sales process
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or related fields
- 1–3 years of experience in telesales, inside sales, or lead generation (IT industry is a plus)
- Strong communication and questioning skills, with the ability to uncover customer needs
- Confident in making outbound calls and engaging with prospects
- Organized and able to manage multiple leads simultaneously
- Willingness to learn IT solutions (e.g., AI, cloud, software, cybersecurity)
- Number of qualified leads generated
- Lead-to-meeting conversion rate
- Quality of handover to sales team
- Pipeline contribution and progression rate
- Responsiveness and follow-up effectiveness
