Job Overview  

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Inside Sales Executive to focus on lead qualification and early-stage sales engagement for our IT solutions business.  

This role is responsible for identifying potential customers, understanding their needs, and qualifying opportunities before handing over to the sales team for closure. You will play a key role in building a strong and high-quality sales pipeline.  

Key Responsibilities  

Lead Qualification & Prospecting (Primary Focus)  
  • Engage with inbound and outbound leads via phone, email, and digital channels  
  • Qualify prospects based on business needs, budget, timeline, and decision-making process  
  • Identify customer pain points and match them with relevant IT solutions 
  • Maintain consistent follow-ups to nurture and progress leads  
  • Ensure all qualified leads are properly handed over with clear context and requirements  
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in CRM systems  
  • Track lead status and ensure smooth progression through the sales funnel  
Sales Coordination Support (Secondary)  
  • Assist in preparing basic documents related to sales process  
  • Coordinate internally with sales and technical team to support customer requirements  
  • Follow up on proposals and support the sales team in closing deals  
  • Ensure a smooth and professional customer experience throughout the sales process  

Qualifications  

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or related fields  
  • 1–3 years of experience in telesales, inside sales, or lead generation (IT industry is a plus)  
  • Strong communication and questioning skills, with the ability to uncover customer needs  
  • Confident in making outbound calls and engaging with prospects  
  • Organized and able to manage multiple leads simultaneously  
  • Willingness to learn IT solutions (e.g., AI, cloud, software, cybersecurity)  

Key Success Metrics  

  • Number of qualified leads generated  
  • Lead-to-meeting conversion rate  
  • Quality of handover to sales team  
  • Pipeline contribution and progression rate  
  • Responsiveness and follow-up effectiveness
