Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Power Platform Solution Architect to lead the architecture, governance, and successful delivery of enterprise-scale Microsoft Power Platform solutions.

This role serves as the primary technical authority across customer engagements, responsible for architecture decisions, platform strategy, integration design, governance, and technical leadership. The ideal candidate will be equally comfortable engaging with CIOs, IT Directors, Business Leaders, and Product Owners while providing guidance to architects, leads, and development teams.

The successful candidate will possess deep expertise in Power Platform, Microsoft technologies, Azure integrations, enterprise architecture, and regulated industry environments, with the ability to align technology decisions with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Architecture & Technology Leadership

Own solution architecture, technology strategy, integration design, security approach, and platform governance across Power Platform initiatives.
Design and govern enterprise application, integration, data, and security architectures.
Define architecture standards, development frameworks, ALM practices, and environment strategies.
Act as the final technical decision-maker for architecture, integration, performance, scalability, and security-related matters.
Establish reusable patterns, best practices, and governance models to support long-term platform adoption.

Business & Stakeholder Engagement

Partner with business stakeholders, IT leadership, product owners, and operations teams to translate business objectives into technology solutions.
Lead discovery workshops, architecture reviews, solution discussions, and executive-level presentations.
Serve as a trusted advisor to customers and provide strategic recommendations on platform adoption, modernization, automation, and digital transformation initiatives.
Drive alignment between business goals, operational processes, compliance requirements, and technology strategy.

Technical Leadership & Delivery

Provide architectural guidance and mentorship to Technical Leads, Senior Developers, and project teams.
Conduct architecture reviews, design reviews, and technical assessments.
Support technical estimations, roadmap planning, risk management, solutioning, and presales activities.
Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, maintainable, and aligned with enterprise standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Experience

15+ years of overall software engineering, enterprise solution delivery, and technology leadership experience.
7+ years of solution architecture experience within Microsoft technologies.
5+ years of Power Platform architecture and enterprise solution design experience.
Proven experience working directly with executive stakeholders, business leaders, and enterprise IT organizations.
Experience leading large-scale digital transformation initiatives and distributed delivery teams.

Strong experience with:

REST APIs, OData, OAuth, OpenID Connect
Azure Functions, Logic Apps, API Management, Service Bus
Data Migration and Enterprise Integration Patterns

Industry & Leadership

Experience working within healthcare, insurance, financial services, or other regulated industries.
Strong understanding of security, compliance, governance, and data privacy principles.
Exceptional written, verbal, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Strong consulting mindset with the ability to influence decisions and drive consensus.
Demonstrated ability to own technical outcomes and lead strategic technology discussions.

Preferred Qualifications

Microsoft PL-600, PL-400, and Azure Certifications.
Experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio, AI Builder, Azure OpenAI, and Generative AI solutions.
Experience supporting enterprise presales, solutioning, and strategic consulting engagements.
Knowledge of HIPAA-compliant solution design and healthcare technology ecosystems.
