We are seeking a highly organized and execution-focused Contracts Specialist to support our Legal Department. This role is ideal for a professional who thrives in a high-volume, fast-paced environment and is comfortable leveraging contract lifecycle management (CLM) technology to drive efficiency, consistency, and speed in contracting processes.

• →2+ years of experience in contract management and commercial legal operations in B2B SaaS companies or technology companies.
• →Post-secondary legal training or education in Law
• →Demonstrated experience managing high-volume contracting in a fast-paced environment 
• →Exceptional communication and customer service skills
• → Experience working with sales teams and multiple business units
• →Knowledge of Salesforce and DocuSign CLM is an asset
