• Seeking an experienced PeopleSoft consultant with strong functional, development, and/or administration expertise to support a customer’s Enterprise Learning Management (ELM) PeopleSoft installation
• This position provides hands-on functional and development consulting services at the client site and requires a cleared professional who excels in technical problem-solving, stakeholder engagement, and system enhancement
• We are looking for motivated self-starters who enjoy solving complex challenges and working directly with customers and executive leadership in secure environments

• →Provide functional, technical, and development support for PeopleSoft ELM within a government or defense environment
• →Assess high-level architectural designs; research implementation roadmaps; conduct feasibility assessments
• →Translate complex technical requirements into clear, actionable guidance aligned with customer outcomes
• →Drive customer buy-in and facilitate development processes as needed
• →Develop, test, troubleshoot, and optimize PeopleSoft modules and system enhancements
• →Collaborate with end users and stakeholders to refine requirements and deliver high-quality solutions
• →Produce reporting artifacts and explain technical concepts to users with varying technical backgrounds
• →Work independently and as part of a project team to execute system implementations, upgrades, and enhancements
• →Make informed recommendations rooted in deep knowledge of the PeopleSoft ecosystem to ensure low-cost, long-term maintainability
• →Support the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and contribute to project management activities for small- to medium-sized efforts

• Must have active Top Secret/SCI clearance with NSA Full Scope Polygraph
• Minimum 8 years of relevant technical experience
• Undergraduate degree in a related field or equivalent experience
• Expertise with:
• • PeopleSoft ELM, HR, and Financials
  • SQL
  • PeopleTools
• Strong knowledge of:
• • Selective Adoption
  • PeopleSoft Update Manager (PUM)
  • PeopleSoft Query Manager
  • ELM data dictionary
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to build rapport with clients and team members
• Experience managing small- to medium-sized technical projects
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in secure, fast-paced environments
• Deep understanding of the full software development life cycle (SDLC)
• Passion for technology, continuous learning, and exploring innovative solutions
• Ability to translate between technical and non-technical audiences

• Strong programming fundamentals and understanding of database concepts
• Advanced troubleshooting and analytical problem-solving skills
• Experience with Agile/SCRUM methodologies
• Cloud experience (Oracle Cloud, AWS, Azure, etc.)

Exempt hourly position. 11 paid holidays, minimum of 3 weeks PTO, company sponsored group medical plan, company paid dental, vision, life insurance, and STD/LTD plans. Salary is dependent upon the candidate’s experience and qualifications.
