Supervised Instructor Therapist (academy setting)

As an Supervised Instructor Therapist on our team, you are an integral part of our specialized services for clients with Autism Spectrum Disorders or other developmental disabilities. • →Diploma or degree in Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA), Early Childhood Education (ECE), Educational Assistant (EA), Child and Youth Care, or another related field.  
• →Experience working with groups of children in a classroom, childcare, camp, therapeutic, or educational setting.  
• →  Passion for creating engaging, play-based learning opportunities through crafts, songs, games, movement activities, and structured academic programming.  
• →Experience supporting the development of communication, social, play, self-regulation, and school readiness skills.  
• →Ability to plan, prepare, and adapt activities to meet the diverse learning and behavioural needs of children.  
• →Strong classroom management skills with the ability to foster a positive, safe, and inclusive learning environment.  
• →Flexible and adaptable to shifting clinical and operational priorities.  
• →Supports both direct client programming and indirect classroom/clinic responsibilities (e.g., materials preparation, classroom organization, data collection, and documentation).  
• →Demonstrates strong accountability, reliability, and follow-through in both independent and collaborative team environments.  
• →Experience implementing ABA principles and behaviour support strategies is required; experience working under the supervision of a Behaviour Analyst is considered an asset
