The Executive, Employee Engagement supports a positive workplace culture at Monash University Malaysia by coordinating engagement initiatives, wellbeing programs, and Employer Brand activities. Additionally, the role provides operational HR support by assisting with routine policy guidance, staff query resolution, and administrative workplace documentation.

Reporting Line: The position reports to the Manager, Employee Engagement and Industrial Relations
