As a temporary Anti-money laundering (AML) Screening Executive, you will play a focused part in Moneybox's ongoing AML screening of our customer base. This is a one month fixed term role centred on completing a defined set of screening checks accurately and consistently. It suits someone with a natural eye for risk who can work independently, stay focused on a single task over a sustained period, and hold a high bar for accuracy throughout.

Customer Screening: Work through a defined caseload of AML screening checks against our customer base, applying a consistent and methodical approach to each case.

Risk Identification: Review customer information and flag anything that falls outside expected patterns or presents a potential risk.

Case Escalation: Escalate any matches, discrepancies or areas of concern to the wider AML team for further investigation, staying within the scope of the role.

Accurate Record Keeping: Log the outcome of every check clearly and consistently, ensuring each decision is fully documented and auditable.

Sustained Pace: Maintain a steady, reliable throughput of checks across the working day
without letting volume come at the cost of accuracy.

Detail Focused: You notice things others might miss and take pride in getting the small things right, every time.

Independent Worker: You are comfortable working through a defined task with minimal supervision once briefed.

Risk Aware: You have a natural instinct for spotting when something does not look right and recognise when to escalate higher risk cases.

Consistent and Reliable: You can sustain focus and quality on a repetitive task across the full length of the contract.

Screening Background: Some prior experience in AML, KYC, fraud or a similar screening or compliance environment is desirable but not essential.

Systems Confidence: Comfortable navigating multiple systems and following structured processes without deviation.
Clear Communication: Strong written skills, with the ability to record findings clearly and concisely for an auditable trail.

Availability: Available immediately and able to commit to the full one month fixed term contract.

Working Policy:

We have a hybrid policy that includes 2 days from our London office and 3 from home. If the role states it is either hybrid or remote candidates must be based within the UK.
