Through our IMPACT Culinary Management in Training Program, you will gain hands-on leadership development, mentorship, and exposure to luxury hospitality operations.
Participants are paired with experienced culinary leaders who are invested in their growth and success.
- One-on-one mentorship from Executive Chefs and Executive Sous Chefs
- Career planning and leadership development conversations
- Personalized coaching and feedback
- Shadowing opportunities with culinary leaders
- Exposure to property and corporate culinary leadership
- Individual Development Plan (IDP) for long-term growth
- Rotation through various culinary outlets and roles learning hands-on culinary execution with supervisory and administrative training
- Support all aspects of culinary operations across multiple dining venues, including banquet, restaurant, and in-room dining environments
- Ensure the consistent delivery of high-quality food products, presentation standards, and guest experiences aligned with brand expectations.
- Assist with inventory management, procurement, cost control initiatives, and waste reduction efforts to support financial objectives.
- Contribute to workforce planning and daily kitchen operations, including scheduling, shift coordination, and labor productivity initiatives.

Requirements
~1 min read- Graduated from a two- or four-year college or university with a degree in Culinary Arts, Hospitality Management, or Food Service Management
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
- Ability to collaborate in a team environment
- Intermediate computer skills
- Food and beverage experience within hotel/resort environment preferred
- Luxury hotel experience preferred
- Grasping, holding, sitting, walking, repetitive motions, bending
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly
- Push and pull equipment up to 200 pounds
