As a Senior Manager in the team, you will take a critical leadership role in delivering high quality audit and advisory services to a portfolio of complex/high profile audit clients (typically £750k-£950k). You will act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, including trustees, governors and executive team members and support partners in driving high service, improvements to systems and processes and business growth.
You will bring significant experience and strong technical expertise in the nonprofit sector, a proactive approach to managing client relationships, and the confidence to engage with senior stakeholders on matters of accounting and audit, as well as strategy and governance responsibilities. . You will contribute to business development activity, including playing a key role in tenders and identifying opportunities to grow client relationships.
As part of a collaborative firm-wide environment, you will play an active role in developing the team’s Audit Managers/Assistant Managers, as well as the team’s trainees.
