PWM Client Service and Operations (CSO) Field Engagement Associate Role Summary The PWM Client Service and Operations (CSO) team delivers a differentiated service and operations experience for Private Wealth Management’s largest and most complex clients and advisors. In this role, you will support field engagement and adoption across key CSO field engagement programs, including role-based cohorts and proprietary information series (e.g., PWM/IWM First Take), while partnering closely with stakeholders across PWM and Wealth Management. Key Responsibilities * Drive engagement with PWM Service Professionals through topical training sessions and role-based cohorts. * Manage recurring meeting cadences and content, including the First Take and Analyst Connect series. * Execute daily program support and program management activities across the PWM Certified designation program. * Identify process improvement opportunities and partner with stakeholders to implement enhancements. * Draft, maintain, and update program policies and procedures; escalate potential gaps and partner with Legal, Risk, and Compliance as needed. * Serve as a resource to Advisors, Support Professionals, and Branch Management; connect stakeholders to the appropriate Wealth Management partners. * Coordinate internal designation launches with Field Services and support broader field-facing initiatives. * Prepare and coordinate quarterly business review materials for senior management. * Provide regular updates to senior PWM Home Office leadership. * Develop and maintain senior leadership-ready strategy decks and presentations (PowerPoint), translating complex program updates into clear, thoughtful, and creative narratives; ensure high-quality visual standards, message discipline, and consistency across materials. * Ensure adherence to applicable industry rules, regulations, and firm policies. Qualifications * Bachelor’s degree required. * 3+ years of relevant experience in financial services (or related experience). * Ability to obtain required securities license(s), as applicable. * Demonstrated strong compliance mindset and track record. Skills & Competencies * Strong written and verbal communication skills. * Advanced PowerPoint skills, including building and editing complex decks (storyboarding, executive-ready formatting, and translating complex content into clear visuals). * Proficiency in Microsoft Excel. * Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. * Interest in learning and applying compliance rules, regulations, and firm policies. * Knowledge of financial products and the financial services industry. * Comfortable leveraging AI-enabled tools (e.g., agents, Copilot) to improve productivity and execution. Expected base pay rates for the role will be between $70,000 and $115,000 per year at the commencement of employment. However, base pay if hired will be determined on an individualized basis and is only part of the total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include commission earnings, incentive compensation, discretionary bonuses, other short and long-term incentive packages, and other Morgan Stanley sponsored benefit programs.
