About the Role
~1 min readYou’re the connective tissue between our brand and our retail partners. Reporting to the Director of Marketing, you’ll help drive best-in-class retailer support, from channel advertising campaigns to recap decks, calendar maintenance, and day-to-day trade marketing execution across our US and International retail partners. You’ll work cross-functionally with sales, creative, and marketing teams to make sure our retail partners, including Ulta, have what they need to win at the shelf and online.
Responsibilities
~2 min read· Support the Director of Marketing in the development and execution of trade and retail marketing strategies across key US and International retail partners.
· Coordinate channel advertising campaigns from brief through launch, working with internal teams and retailer marketing contacts to ensure timely, on-brand execution.
· Build and maintain retailer support materials, including updating GTM and launch decks, campaign one-pagers, and social and influencer campaign one-sheets.
· Assist in building recap decks for retailers, pulling together campaign performance, sales impact, and key learnings for post-campaign reviews.
· Maintain and update the trade marketing calendar, tracking key retailer deadlines, campaign timing, and launch windows across accounts.
· Partner with the Ulta and Target account teams to support retailer-specific marketing programs, promotional calendars, and campaign requests.
· Coordinate with creative teams to ensure retailer-specific assets (banners, in-store signage, digital placements) are delivered on time and meet retailer specifications.
· Support in the tracking of budgets and spend for channel advertising campaigns, flagging discrepancies and supporting reconciliation.
· Assist with competitive and retailer landscape research and trend tracking to inform trade marketing strategy and identify white space opportunities within partner environments.
· Support execution of retailer-led events and new store openings, helping coordinate experiential launch activations as needed.
· Support the Director of Marketing with ad hoc reporting, presentations, and administrative needs.
· Work cross-functionally with social and influencer, sales, e-commerce, and creative teams to keep retail marketing initiatives aligned and on schedule.
· Organized and detail-oriented: comfortable juggling multiple retailers, deadlines, and deliverables at once.
· A clear communicator who can translate retailer requirements and campaign performance into simple, digestible materials.

Requirements
~2 min read· Occasional travel for retailer meetings, trade shows, and store visits on a case-by-case basis.

Requirements
· 1-2 years of experience in trade marketing, retail marketing, account management, or related field.
· Direct experience working with beauty retailers required (Ulta, Sephora, Target).
· Experience supporting channel advertising campaigns and/or retailer marketing programs across wholesale, online, and brick & mortar channels.
· Experience building recap decks and other retailer-facing presentation materials.
· Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple retailer calendars and deadlines simultaneously.
· Strong analytical and numerical skills; able to synthesize quantitative and qualitative data to draw conclusions and support sound, well-reasoned recommendations.
· Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel; comfortable building polished decks under time pressure.
· Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present to a variety of internal and external audiences.
· Ability to work cross-functionally across sales, creative, and marketing teams in a fast-paced environment, juggling multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
· Beauty or personal care industry experience a plus.
