Warehouse Team leader

You will play a vital role in our organization to drive our commitment to our customers for operations excellence with a personal touch. We strive for continuous improvements and appreciate a critical look at our own processes and you need to have a hands-on mentality to take our service levels to the next level. We look for driven, team players who wants to work in an international fast-growing company.

Roles and Responsibilities

➢ Manage the daily warehouse operation

➢ Manage assignment and monitoring of tasks

➢ Coaching, training and guidance of new employees within area of responsibility

➢ Ensure employees comply to health, safety, and environmental regulations to protect themselves and others.

➢ Ensure a clean and tidy working environment to aid operational efficiency.

➢ Keep employees informed of operational goals and results on a weekly basis.

➢ Communicate with Customer Service and transport planner for production plan execution.

➢ Produce KPI reporting on all elements of the fulfilment process, including dispatch per day, outstanding stock inquiries, cancellations.

Qualifications and Experience
➢ You have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a dynamic and international company;
➢ You speak English and Dutch
➢ You fit within a dynamic organization with a hands-on culture;
➢ you are result-oriented, keep an overview and, with your own opinion, you are strong in your shoes;
➢ You are a motivator and one real team player.
