Support supply chain projects and process improvement initiatives across multiple teams and sites

Assist with business analysis, system evaluations, and SAP-related activities
- →
Participate in maintenance processes and asset assessments to support operational efficiency
- →
Use supply chain tools to help with inventory, logistics, and demand planning efforts
- →
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including operations, engineering, and contractors
- →
Attend team and project meetings while gaining exposure to safety, logistics, and operations
- →
Communicate with various levels of personnel throughout the organization, including management, plant operators, engineers (of various disciplines), tradespersons, and contractors.

Participation in department meetings and meetings specific to the project assignment.
- →
Adhering to Mosaic’s mission, guiding principles and priorities, and key competencies.
Junior level by January 2027 or higher pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical or Chemical Engineer.
Interest in Maritime or Port terminal Operations.
SAP Experience Preferred
2.75 GPA or higher
TWIC Card or ability to get a TWIC card.
Ability to function in an industrial chemical and mining environment.
1-2 years of experience volunteering, working with student/school organizations, or work is preferred.
Previous internship or co-op experience is preferred.
Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license - You will need to be able to travel to and from sites and/or office.
Ability to work full time and be a student in standing at the time of the co-op/internship
Selected candidates will be required to successfully complete post-offer/pre-placement drug and alcohol screening, background check, physical, functional capacity examination.
Basic computer skills are required
Experience working in a team environment is a must
Familiarity with an industrial environment is highly desirable
Effective verbal communication skills is a plus
Physical work environment is occasionally outdoors with exposure to varying degrees of hot and cold environments
