No two days are the same! You'll work alongside experienced colleagues and learn every stage of the customer journey.

You'll:

• Speak with customers over the phone and by email
• Help new customers get set up and onboarded
• Keep customers updated throughout their application process
• Support the sales team with administration and reporting
• Maintain customer records using our CRM system
• Help customers activate and use their accounts
• Answer customer enquiries and provide excellent service
• Learn how to build long-term customer relationships
• Support customer retention activities and identify commercial opportunities

This isn't just an apprenticeship. It's the start of your career.

Over 12 months, you'll gain the skills, knowledge and confidence needed to become a Sales Executive, managing your own customer accounts and helping businesses across the UK succeed.

• You will need National 5's or equivalent A*-D, in Maths and English
• An interest in sales, business or customer service

You don't need previous office experience, we're more interested in your attitude and potential.

You'll be:

• A team player who enjoys helping others

• Experience in retail, hospitality, sports clubs, volunteering or part-time work
• Used Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Outlook or Excel
• Experience dealing with customers
