At Motive, our Account Coordinators are the engine that keeps great work moving. As an Account Coordinator, you'll support the day-to-day management of key client relationships while helping ensure projects move seamlessly from kickoff through delivery. Working alongside Account leaders, Strategists, Creatives, Producers, and cross-functional teams, you'll help bring integrated marketing programs to life across traditional, experiential, digital, social, retail, commerce and content channels.

This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, proactive, curious, and excited to build a career in agency account management. You'll develop a deep understanding of our clients' businesses while learning how exceptional client service and operational excellence create impactful work.

Responsibilities

  • Support the day-to-day management of a key client account, ensuring projects are organized, on schedule, and delivered with excellence.
  • Coordinate project timelines, deliverables, meeting agendas, status updates, and follow-up actions across internal teams and clients.
  • Assist in developing clear project briefs and ensuring work aligns with client objectives and strategic direction.
  • Collaborate closely with creative, strategy, production, media, and project management teams throughout the lifecycle of assignments.
  • Help manage multiple integrated projects simultaneously, keeping teams informed of priorities, timelines, and next steps.
  • Monitor project progress, identify potential challenges early, and help facilitate solutions to keep work moving forward.
  • Build strong working relationships with clients through responsive communication, professionalism, and attention to detail.
  • Develop an understanding of client's business, industry, competitive landscape, and brand objectives.
  • Participate in internal brainstorms, planning sessions, client meetings, presentations, and agency initiatives.
  • Support project financial administration, including estimates, purchase orders, invoices, and budget tracking, as needed.
  • Contribute to a collaborative, positive agency culture while continuously building your account management expertise.
  • 1–2 years of experience in an advertising agency, marketing agency, or related client services environment.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly detail-oriented with strong follow-through and a proactive mindset.
  • Comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
  • Curious, resourceful, and eager to learn new industries, brands, and marketing disciplines.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a client-first approach and a collaborative attitude.
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace.
  • A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and desire to grow within an integrated marketing agency.

The starting salary for this position is between $50k and $59k annually, based on experience.
