At Motorola Solutions, we believe that everything starts with our people. We’re a global close-knit community, united by the relentless pursuit to help keep people safer everywhere. We build and connect technologies to help protect people, property and places. Our solutions foster the collaboration that’s critical for safer communities, safer schools, safer hospitals, safer businesses, and ultimately, safer nations. Connect with a career that matters, and help us build a safer future.

CRFS, a global leader in Radio Frequency (RF) technology, was founded in 2007 to innovate in spectrum monitoring and geolocation. The company focuses on manufacturing and designing advanced hardware and software solutions to detect, monitor, and analyze RF signals in complex environments. This expertise has proved crucial to various sectors, including national spectrum regulators, the military, and security and intelligence services. Today, the company’s technology is recognised, preferred and embedded in most NATO countries and deployed worldwide. CRFS’ mission is to continue pioneering sophisticated technologies for complex challenges in the RF spectrum domain.

Are you an enthusiastic software leader who can inspire and lead others to develop applications to support CRFS range of world class RF solutions? Our applications deliver both an enhanced user experience but also the complex processing required to present a significant amount of RF information to an operator.

You will be able to consider and balance the needs of the team whilst supporting the business commitment, able to challenge where required and provide commitments the team can keep.

This is a great opportunity to get involved with both the core aspects of software development but also engage with architectural discussions and work with the community to deliver a high-quality user experience.
