Supervisor de Terreno - Antofagasta/Calama

• Formación Académica: Titulación en Ingeniería o Técnico de Nivel Superior en Telecomunicaciones, Electricidad, Electrónica, Construcción o carrera afín.

• Experiencia Laboral: Mínimo 3 años de experiencia comprobable en supervisión de proyectos de infraestructura de telecomunicaciones, radiocomunicaciones o sistemas eléctricos dentro del sector minero.

• Conocimientos Específicos: Dominio en normas de seguridad minera, protocolos de prevención de riesgos y estándares técnicos para trabajos en altura física/torres de telecomunicaciones.

• Competencias de Liderazgo: Habilidades consolidadas en dirección de personal en terreno, comunicación asertiva, resolución de problemas y orientación a la excelencia operativa.

• Licencia de Conducir: Licencia de conducir Clase B vigente.

• Requisito Deseable: Contar con licencia de conducción interna / interior mina vigente para operaciones de BHP o Codelco Norte.
