Engineering Project Controls Specialist

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

• →High School Diploma or GED required. Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or similar field preferred.
• →Five (5) years or more refining or petrochemical industry experience, or three (3) years or more of experience with a Bachelor’s Degree required.
• →Working knowledge of integrated cost and schedule controls, including budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, accruals, baseline management, progress measurement, variance analysis, and risk identification required.
• →Proficiency with Primavera P6 and Microsoft Office products, particularly Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook required.
• →Valid driver's license is required.
• →Experience supporting Front-End Loading phases and field implementation of industrial projects preferred.
• →Experience with IPS, SAP, Power BI, and/or Netpoint preferred.
• →Experience integrating cost, schedule, cash flow, and progress data for management reporting and decision support preferred.
• →Forward thinking individual with strong written and verbal communication skills, sound analytical judgment, critical thinking, attention to detail, and the ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced team environment preferred.
