About the Role

- Execute recruitment and onboarding processes to attract and integrate top talent aligned with manufacturing operational needs.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, maintaining accurate HR records and documentation.
- Collaborate with management to develop and implement performance management programs, including evaluations, coaching, and development plans.
- Participate and provide suggestions on employee engagement initiatives and support organizational change management efforts to enhance workforce morale and productivity.
- Conduct training sessions on HR policies, compliance, and professional development topics to support employee growth and awareness.
- Analyze HR metrics and prepare reports to inform leadership decisions and identify opportunities for process improvements.
Requirements
~1 min read- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in human resources, preferably within the manufacturing industry.
- Bilingual, English/Spanish.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations applicable in the United States.
- Proven experience in employee relations, performance management, and recruitment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively at all organizational levels.
- Professional HR certification such as SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR.
- Experience with HRIS systems and data analytics tools.
- Demonstrated success in leading organizational development or change management initiatives.
- Advanced degree in Human Resources or related discipline.
