Automotive Lead Technician - No Weekends!

As our Lead Automotive Technician, you’ll be the go-to expert in diagnostics and repairs, leading by example and mentoring a team of skilled technicians. You’ll play a key role in ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and top-quality service in every job we do.

• →Performing advanced diagnostics and repairs on various makes and models
• →Leading and mentoring a team of technicians; assigning tasks and ensuring deadlines are met
• →Collaborating with Service Advisors to build accurate estimates
• →Keeping up with evolving auto tech, tools, and safety standards
• →Maintaining clean and organized workspaces and repair documentation
• →Creating a great customer experience by clearly explaining services and repairs

• 5+ years of automotive repair experience (diagnostic experience required)
• Proven leadership/mentorship experience in a shop environment
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and engine systems
• Proficient with diagnostic tools and shop software
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• ASE certifications are a plus
