Responsibilities

Responsibilities:
  • →Coordinate and process travel arrangements, reimbursements, and related documentation for faculty and fellows.
  • →Monitor and manage faculty licensure and DEA registration renewals, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements.
  • →Process faculty reimbursement requests in accordance with institutional and departmental policies.
  • →Order and maintain office supplies for administrative and educational personnel.
  • →Ensure departmental purchasing activities comply with university, state, and departmental procurement requirements.
  • →Review and track departmental credit card transactions, ensuring required documentation is submitted accurately and timely.
  • →Assist faculty with maintaining Faculty Success records, including activity reporting and curriculum vitae (CV) updates.
  • →Provide administrative support to assigned subspecialty divisions, serving as a resource for faculty and staff on departmental processes and procedures.
  • →Maintain accurate records, tracking systems, and documentation to support operational and financial activities.
  • →Collaborate with faculty, staff, and departmental leadership to ensure efficient departmental operations and outstanding customer service.
