Job Description
The Future Talent Program features internships that last up to 12 weeks and will include one or more projects. These opportunities in our Research Labs Division can provide you with great development and a chance to see if we are the right company for your long-term goals.
We are seeking a motivated and innovative Intern to join our Business Enablement team within Global Clinical Trial Operations. This is a unique opportunity to work on a high-impact, predefined project that drives efficiency, improves user experiences, and modernizes our business processes. You will be assigned a specific business challenge and will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying a technology-based solution to solve it. This role is perfect for a student who is passionate about leveraging cutting-edge tools like AI, low-code platforms, and programming to deliver tangible results in a corporate environment.

Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program, preferably in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, Business Analytics, or a related field.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.
Hands-on experience with at least one programming or scripting language (Python is strongly preferred) OR experience/strong interest in low-code/no-code platforms (e.g., Microsoft Power Platform).
Familiarity with data manipulation, analysis, or process mapping.
Ability to work independently and manage an assigned project from concept to completion.
Familiarity with Generative AI tools (Copilot, ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, etc.); Ability to write effective prompts and iteratively refine them; Understanding of basic AI/ML concepts and terminology; Ability to use AI to analyze information, summarize content, generate code, or improve productivity
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to a non-technical audience.
