Our Support Functions deliver critical services and provide strategic recommendations that help enhance our workplace and strengthen our organizational culture. These functions include Human Resources, Finance, Information Technology, Legal, Procurement, and Administration.

Reporting to the Director, the Associate Director, Treasury Benefits Finance, is responsible for providing financial support for domestic and global benefits programs.

Key responsibilities include forecasting, financial analysis, accounting, reporting, compliance, and funding.

  • Partner with and support Human Resources, Legal, Tax, and local finance teams on strategic benefit design changes and related initiatives.

  • Lead budgeting, forecasting, and monthly and quarterly close activities related to more than $1 billion in employee benefit expense.

  • Ensure the efficient and compliant funding of more than $1 billion in employee benefits spend.

  • Prepare schedules and analyses to support the Company’s quarterly and annual reporting requirements.

  • Provide oversight of global and domestic third-party service providers;

  • Maintain adherence to internal controls and support ongoing compliance requirements.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

  • Ability to work independently, accurately, and effectively under time constraints.

  • Strong analytical, communication, organizational, project management, and collaboration skills.

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and demonstrated ability to work with large data sets.

Nice to Have

  • CPA certification.

  • Familiarity with accounting and financial statement preparation.

  • Demonstrated client-facing experience.

  • Audit experience preferred.

The salary range for this role is

$129,000.00 - $203,100.00

This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. An employee’s position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, government requirements, and business or organizational needs.

The successful candidate will be eligible for annual bonus and long-term incentive, if applicable.
