Eskadenia Technical Lead

• → Lead the design, development, and implementation of solutions on the Skadina platform.
• → Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams.
• → Translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• → Review code and ensure adherence to development standards and best practices.
• → Coordinate with architects, business analysts, and QA teams to ensure successful delivery.
• → Support system integration, testing, deployment, and post-production activities.
• → Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
• → Ensure application performance, security, and scalability.
• → Prepare technical documentation and knowledge transfer materials.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Minimum 8+ years of software development experience, including leadership responsibilities.

Proven hands-on experience with the Skadina platform.

Strong experience in software development, system integration, and API development.

Experience leading technical teams in enterprise environments.

Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies is preferred.
