Responsibilities

→5+ years of experience in SAP Automotive / Aftersales consulting.
→ Strong hands-on experience with Proaxia Automotive Solution, particularly Aftersales.
→ Good understanding of automotive aftersales business processes.
→ Experience in implementing or supporting:

→ Workshop/service management
→ Spare parts
→ Warranty management
→ Service orders
→ Customer/dealer processes
→ Billing and pricing

→
→ Strong SAP integration knowledge, particularly with relevant SAP modules such as SD, MM, and FI.
→ Experience with SAP S/4HANA is highly preferred.
→ Experience in requirements gathering, configuration, testing, and user training.
→ Ability to work directly with business stakeholders and translate requirements into functional solutions.
→ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
→ Excellent English communication skills.

Nice to Have

Experience in automotive OEM, distributor, or dealer environments.
Proaxia implementation/project experience.
SAP certification is an advantage.
Experience working on S/4HANA transformation or implementation projects.
Experience in the GCC/Saudi market is a plus.
Automotive industry experience is preferred, particularly within automotive OEMs, distributors, dealerships, or aftersales/service operations.
Strong understanding of automotive aftersales processes, including workshop/service management, spare parts, warranty, service contracts, and dealer operations.
