Quality Assurance (QA) Engineer

We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Assurance (QA) Engineer to ensure the quality, reliability, and performance of enterprise applications and AI-powered solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning and executing comprehensive testing activities, validating AI outputs, identifying defects, and ensuring all deliverables meet quality standards before production release.

• → Develop test strategies, test plans, and comprehensive test cases.
• → Perform functional, integration, regression, system, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
• → Validate AI and Agentic AI outputs against business requirements and quality standards.
• → Identify, document, track, and verify defects through resolution.
• → Execute both manual and automated testing where applicable.
• → Verify application performance, usability, reliability, and security.
• → Ensure all deliverables meet quality standards before production deployment.
• → Prepare test reports, defect reports, and QA documentation.
• → Collaborate closely with developers, AI engineers, business analysts, and stakeholders to improve product quality continuously.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 4+ years of Quality Assurance experience.
• Experience in manual and automated testing.
• Strong knowledge of functional, integration, regression, system, and UAT testing.
• Experience with defect tracking and test management tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps, TestRail).
• Experience testing REST APIs using tools such as Postman.
• Experience validating AI or Generative AI applications is a plus.
• Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
